Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not provide international shipping services currently.

What shipping options do you offer?

All orders within the United Kingdom are eligible for free shipping. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 5-10 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Use this number to track the status of your shipment.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders are processed swiftly, so if you need to make any changes or cancel, please contact us promptly at info@camillegarnier.uk. Once an order is processed, modifications are not possible.

How do I return an item?

Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For instructions on how to proceed with a return, please contact us at info@camillegarnier.uk.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to ordering the incorrect size or product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return is due to receiving a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping expenses.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Refunds are typically issued within 4-7 business days to the original payment method.

Do you offer gift cards?

We currently do not offer gift cards, but we are considering adding this option in the future.
